This Privacy Policy describes how Habit Tracker ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use our mobile application.
The App is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.
All your habit data (names, completion dates, streaks, settings) is stored locally on your device only using SharedPreferences. We have no access to this data.
The App may send local push notifications to remind you about your daily habits. These notifications are scheduled and processed entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to any server. You can disable notifications at any time in the App settings or in your device's system settings.
The App does not use any analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs. We do not collect usage statistics, crash logs, or behavioral data.

If you purchase the "Remove Ads" option, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play. We do not collect or store any payment information.
The App may occasionally show an in-app rating prompt powered by the Google Play In-App Review API. The review process is handled entirely by Google Play; we do not see or collect your rating or review text.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to anyone. The only data sharing that occurs is through the Appodeal advertising SDK as described above, and only when you have not purchased the "Remove Ads" option.
The App offers an optional one-time purchase to remove advertisements. This purchase is handled by Google Play and is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
All app data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App, all data will be permanently deleted. We do not use cloud storage, accounts, or server-side databases.
The App allows you to manually export and import your habit data as a local JSON file using your device's file picker (Storage Access Framework). The exported file is saved to a location you choose on your own device or cloud storage account (e.g., Google Drive). We do not have access to this file. Importing a backup reads only the file you select; no other files are accessed.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data through third-party services, please contact us.
The App uses Appodeal's Stack Consent Manager to obtain user consent before collecting data for advertising purposes in regions where GDPR or CCPA applies. You may withdraw consent at any time by reinstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
